Phone call to Mass State Police, 2:46 p.m.
Me: "I'm calling about an accident that happened on Mem. Drive a couple nights ago. An officer was supposed to call me but never did."
Officer on the phone: "Who was the officer?"
Me: "I don't know, I didn't get his name... he just told me that he comes on shift at 11 most nights and that he would call me, but he didn't."
Officer: "Okay, then why are you calling now?"
Me: "Because I'm trying to figure out what happened to my car...?"
Officer: "And who's the officer?"
Me: "I didn't get his name, my car was one of the parked vehicles involved in the accident and he said he would call me last night."
Officer: "So why are you calling?"
Me: "To talk to the officer."
Officer: "And why are you calling now, then?"
Me: "I don't... know..."
Officer: "When does he get on shift?"
Me: "At 11?"
Officer: "Exactly."
Me: "So I should call back... then?"
